Pavlova Mini :))

i'm trying to make mini pavlova using a chef's recipe . it would taste awesome if it wasn't too sweet . but the taste is quite balance when you eat them with the fruits . just nice :)

 hmm this recipe should be altered as well . another attempt should be done :p i'll try my best . sorry for those who ate my pavlova :'( haha ^^

cheese tart 1st trial :p

hoho i was euphoric . to finally being able to bake cheese tart was extremely a thrill experience i am longing for . i'm not fully adept to baking cookies , pastries and stuff . 

and it really frightens me to death giving a thought of serving people food that i make . i'm sooo scared if the food does not taste good . 

but of course , to never give up is the only key to success right ? :)

first attempt appeared quite appealing enough . hurm but i guess i need to alter the recipe . and of course the quantity of the strawberry filling should be reduced . just a bit . 

hoho i'm learning . and that's a good thing i guess :)

the confession of a MJSC student

so trueeee :p i've met lots of MJSC students . only one word to describe them . COOL :') 

tipuu laa kalo duduk hostel tak penah makan maggi . yeahh normally , we take a large portion of food because of the packed schedule . sometimes, we choose to study and do other stuff instead of having meals . those are tough days and maggi is the saviour  :D

this is me. seriously . and i guess i'm the lucky one . well , most of the times :p

haha . demeanour of my friends . they have an extremely high level of cat's curiosity . which is a good thing actually :)

i missed our camaraderie a lot . huhu i guess this is life . people come and go . but the memories stay forever :') 

meat pie

sebab sangat terpengaruh dengan master chef, terus laju laju pegi tesco beli barang . sebab teringin nak cuba masak pai ayam hoho ^^

so , we need dough for the base

and the filling as well

sebenarnye nak masak pai ayam , tapi sebab tak check dulu ayam kat rumah tak cukup , jadi alternatif nye daging je laa =.='

hmm kind of messy . tapi tu je mampu buat . cubaan pertama :p

tadaaa ! ini lah rupe nye pai daging yang dah masuk oven  

i think the meat filling is superb . mom and dad agreed . yeayy hehe :) but i guess i need to do something with the dough .  and the good thing is i still have ample time to improve hoho
